Apple’s enterprise sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. We drive sales and partnerships programs, industry initiatives and product and marketing discussions for direct, channel and partner execution. We are the face of Apple to our largest business customers worldwide.
As a member of the worldwide team, the Sales Content Lead will have the opportunity to scale Apple’s industry and partnerships strategies globally through the creation, communication, and management of critical assets (sales guides, Keynotes, videos, etc.) necessary to activate our strategies. The individual will build relationships across geographies to identify sales asset needs, create assets and content that accelerate sales, and ensure effective utilization.DescriptionThe primary responsibilities for this role include:
Create, lead, and measure sales assets for Apple badged and channel sellers needed to advance WW industry and partner strategies.
Assist with enablement for enterprise sales plays.
Serve as the primary point of contact on behalf of the WW Industries & Partnerships team, for the Executive Briefing Center content management process.
The successful candidate in this role will:
Evaluate, prioritize, and create sales content needed across industry and partner strategies in partnership with collaborators.
Partner with internal teams to support the creation of necessary sales assets to enable enterprise sales plays.
Engage with teams globally to gather feedback on existing content and understand blank space that can be prioritized via a led content plan in partnership with key content delivery teams.
Establish a cadence for content updates and refreshes based on strategic plan timing, business needs, market trends, and product innovations.
As the primary point of contact for the Executive Briefing Center program, work with the Briefing content program manager as well as enterprise content stewards and content management process to understand EBC critical metrics such as utilization, survey data, and future needs.
Develop metrics and key performance indicators to measure the usage, efficiency, and impact of industry and partnership domain content globally.
Regularly report to senior leadership on content availability, usage, gaps, and success metrics, along with a roadmap for future content needs.
Minimum QualificationsApproximately 5+ years of validated experience in sales, sales enablement or communicationsExceptional writing skills, and the ability to distill complex business topics and processes into simple and understandable language.Strong understanding and experience with the Mac and or iOS platformsCustomer facing and external content development experienceExperience with running content workshops with subject matter expertsGreat at storytelling and influencingDemonstrated capacity to work well in a team environmentExperience interacting with and influencing team members and partners at all levelsExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong organization skills and attention to detail; Ability to prioritize, manage, and advance multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environmentPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of Apple products and software such as Keynote and PagesHighly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedulesAbility to work a flexible schedule and embrace change enthusiasticallyAbility to take feedback and rapidly prototypeExperience in account management or sales enablement would be an advantagePay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
