As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a comprehensive team  portfolio view, including program status, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.Ensure seamless coordination and communication between teams, facilitating efficient workflow and issue resolution. Drive alignment on program objectives, priorities, and timelines.Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of program progress, risks, and changes. Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies within the E2ESBA organization.Establish and enforce program governance processes, including standardized reporting, risk management, and issue escalation.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize portfolio performance and delivery.
