Applicants who applied previously need not reapply unless submitting updated and/or missing information.Executive Leadership Responsibilities: Serves as a member of the executive leadership team, participates in the development of strategic plans; develops long-range goals, annual objectives, and strategies to meet the healthcare goals of the organization. Develops new insights, encourage new ideas and innovations, designs and implements new programs/processes. Program Management: Responsible for the smooth and efficient daily operations of WRSU and its components; enforcing the policies and procedures, managing human and material resources, ensuring patient and doctor satisfaction, high employee morale, and hospital profitability.Devotes considerable time and attention to budget and fiscal management activities to provide the best possible patient care without exceeding the allotted budget.Interacts with the hospital staff at all levels to obtain a clear understanding of all issues that may affect daily operations. Serves as the technical liaison between the contractors and the Contracting Officer. Monitors, reviews, and determines whether the contractors' performance is in compliance with terms and conditions of the contract specifications and inspects all work for full compliance with contract requirements.Supervisory Responsibilities: The Chief Operations Officer has supervision and oversight of eight (8) sections, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Facilities Director, Finance Officer, Environmental Services Supervisor, Health Information Management Director, Purchase Referred Care Director, Support Services Supervisor and Revenue Manager.
