The foundation of a connected world, it’s a network free of the limitations of the past, and flexible enough to satisfy all the social, economic and transformative needs of the changing world.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead a team of product managers in a cross-functional setting to define, launch, and manage new products and services. Use data-driven insights to understand the US market, competitive landscape, and customer demand, crafting business cases and go-to-market plans. Drive the product journey from concept to launch, including pilots and trials, ensuring a world-class customer experience at the intersection of technology and business.Key Responsibilities:Deeply understand the market needs and competitive landscape, and how DISH's product offering is positionedSet product priorities and time to market objectives, through engagement with business stakeholdersDeeply engage with technical teams, to build out the functionality needed across back end systems in the cloud, industrial IoT devices and management software, including what is delivered by third partiesThrough ruthless prioritization, work as a team to define and deliver the Minimum Viable Product, manage the time line, and remove or overcome the obstacles to on-time successDescribe and produce in detail, customer journeys, as documented in product features with comprehensive and testable acceptance criteriaIdentify, articulate, and communicate opportunities for value proposition, differentiation, including validation of those through data collection and analyticsSkills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience:A degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications engineering, or equivalent technical field, or MBA, or equivalent practical experience5+ years of experience with building and managing teams, including building teams from scratch15 years of experience in product management, in a wireless or telecommunications environmentSkills and Qualifications:Engaged, action-oriented leader who actively contributes and leads by example.Collaborative advocate with experience in wireless products, data, business models, and technology trends.Proven track record of launching products to market multiple times.Self-starter who tackles ambiguity and quickly addresses challenges.Confident in challenging the status quo and representing the customer voice accurately.Passionate about mentoring, team development, and fostering collaboration.Salary RangesCompensation: $127,050.00/Year - $190,000.00/Year BenefitsWe offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits.The base pay range shown is a guideline.
