Job Expectations:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Marty's standards
• Ensure plate presentation is impeccable
• Utilize your degree in Culinary Arts to bring creativity to the kitchen
• Participate in menu planning and contribute new ideas
• Expertise in pasta, soup making, broiling, knife skills, fryer, sautéing, batch cooking, and portion control
• Experience in sauce making, food quality, salads, special diets, and kitchen management
• Knowledge of pastry making, dessert making, grilling, and scratch cooking
