Physician / ObGyn / New York / Permanent / OB/GYN - FQHC Job

A healthcare organization in New York is looking to add a licensed OB/GYN to join one of their federally qualified health center (FQHCs) in Rockland County.

Responsibilities:

The OB/GYN will:

• Perform well-woman exams, including pap smears, pelvic exams, and breast exams
• Provide gynecological care, such as treating infections, managing contraception, and performing minor surgeries
• Provide prenatal care, including monitoring the health of the mother and baby, performing ultrasounds, and ordering other tests.
• Assist with the delivery of babies
• Counsel patients on sexual and reproductive health
• Perform other duties, as needed

• Licensed to practice in the State of New York
• Board Certified OB/GYN
• NYS Medicaid

• Experience working within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
