Description

Lead Superintendent - Builder/Developer - Multifamily Construction Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities for large-scale, luxury multifamily developments, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate daily with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and maintain efficient workflow.
  • Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with local building codes and company standards.
  • Monitor project progress, manage inspections, and prepare reports for senior management to ensure successful project completion.

Profile

Lead Superintendent - Builder/Developer - Multifamily Construction Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience planning/building High-end Multifamily Projects
  • Experience leading multiple construction projects $50M+
  • OSHA 30, MA CSL
  • Strong communication skills, and leadership skills
