Responsibilities include administrative tasks such as answering calls and emails, running errands such as placing lock boxes and signs on new properties, taking photos of new listings, assisting with tenant software management, maintaining website updates and marketing material. Responsibilities
Run errands as needed, such as posting signs and lockboxes on new listings
Assist in the management of the property management software, Propertyware. This will include executing tenant applications, creating leases, processing rent, issuing demand letters.
Update website with new listings and other material.
Respond to customer needs with urgency and attention.
