Qualified Candidate Must be an excellent Cold-Calling B to B Expert-Contacting companies getting past gate keepers and speaking with owners to explain our services and enroll companies in our sales increasing services. In addition to cold calling HOT qualified leads will be generated on a daily basis.
Business Development Sales Manager Position: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic phone sales professional to join our team as a Virtual Sales Manager. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to conduct conversations with companies develop interest in our services and enroll company owner's in our lucrartive sales and lead development programs. This is a position that requires you to be experienced working remotely with the following requirements-high speed Internet, computer or laptop and telephone with Unlimited Service, along with experience hiring, training, and manageing business development and sales reps working remotely.
This requires a high volume of calling and emailing so you need to be comfortable making over 200-300 calls everyday
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold call companies that have a need for our services conduct phone calls with owners devlop interest in our services and enroll companies in our programs.
- High volume calls a day to pre-screen qaulified companies and assess their needs.
- Utilize a structured sales dialogue guide to evaluate if company's fit our program guideleines and qualify for our services to increase their sales..
Requirements:
- Cold-Call, Sell and Hire, Train, and Manage Phone Sales Represnetatives working remotely.
- Comfort and confidence in speaking on the phone, training and selling for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage high call volumes and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in recruitment sales or lead generation program sales a BIG Plus!.
- A positive attitude and a passion for connecting with people.
