The Product Manager will support the Product Management organization with specific focus on continuously identifying and meeting the needs of internal and external customers of Care Transition's core services and technology capabilities. Among other focus areas, this Product Manager will maintain market awareness, engage, and gather feedback from users and effectively translate these learnings into high-impact results for real-time development activities and long-term product roadmaps to drive performance in the core business.
With a solid drive in collaborating with a broad variety of stakeholders and cross-functional leaders, our ideal candidate is passionate about using analytical skills to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationships. The candidate will bring customer-facing product management experience, a demonstrated record of analyzing and optimizing initiatives, and a startup-like resourcefulness to the critical goal of continuously improving Care Transition's products.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Serving as a team member of a key function within the Product Management organization responsible for product design and delivery to support Care Transitions business
+ Supporting engagement with customers and users, the assessment and gathering of feedback and continuous product improvement efforts
+ Communicating effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to share progress on initiatives
+ Preparing necessary presentations and/or visuals to demonstrate performance of initiatives; analyzing trends in NPS scores to identify areas of improvement
+ Facilitating interaction and workflow between cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure initiatives are on-track and completed on-time
+ Contributing to the development and management of multi-year product roadmaps, as well as their underlying visions, strategies, and business cases
+ Contributing to capital related activities like business case preparation, cost projections and CBA refresh activities and managing the capital pool for the investments they own
+ Establishing a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of products and technology capabilities
+ Collaborating with Product Owners and engineering teams to deliver the product enhancements in an agile delivery model
+ Travel requirements: Limited domestic travel (<10%)
+ Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested

**Required Qualifications:**
+ 3+ years of experience leading capability enablement and product development in a large-scale, highly matrixed team environment
+ Experience with the healthcare industry
+ Experience working in an agile delivery model (SAFE or LeSS)
+ Experience in systems analysis and/or solution architecture
+ Experience working with business leaders and enabling strategy execution
+ Experience leading and managing change initiatives
+ Proven solid verbal and written communication, strategic planning, problem-solving, and project management skills
+ Proven advanced proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Exposure to Post Acute Care or Utilization Management
+ Proven solid expertise as it relates to the design and delivery of technology products and software-enable services
+ Experience with tools like AHA, Rally/ JIRA
+ Analytical and process-oriented mindset; proficient in analyzing qualitative and quantitative outputs
+ Ability to be comfortable working across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to be an active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
+ Experience managing/leading a team

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
