Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Accurately input data from various sources into designated systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
• Data Verification: Review and verify the accuracy of data before and after entry.
• File Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical files to ensure accessibility and compliance.
• Error Resolution: Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data.
• Reporting: Generate routine and ad hoc reports as needed.
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office management is a plus.
• Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software or systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
