YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS!:The Data Entry Specialist contributes to supporting AHFs programs and mission by providing accurate and timely data entry and administrate support.
This role will be responsible for reviewing medical records, testing records and data reports and completing the required data entry needs associated with these records. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorates to prepare source data for computer entry, review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities, research and obtain further information for incomplete documents, scan documents and print files and respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
The position will routinely work with protected health information (PHI). Accordingly, close adherence to confidentiality standards and compliance with HIPPA, data integrity and security policies is essential.
The Data Entry Specialist contributes to AHF by working in a team setting with minimal supervision, communicates effectively with co-workers and leadership and responds to the priorities established by the department and the leadership team.
