Data Entry Clerk Job at Manpower Inc in Clinton

Our client, a leading transportation company, is seeking a Customer Service/Data Entry professional to join their team. As a Customer Service/Data Entry professional, you will be part of the customer service department supporting the transportation team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Job Title: Customer Service/Data Entry

Location: Clinton, PA

Pay Range: Starting wage $18/hour

What's the Job?

• Receive, send, and distribute emails as the communication liaison
• Efficiently sort, handle, and process paperwork as needed
• Perform typing, data entry, scanning, and filing duties
• Maintain daily reports in Word, Excel, and Crown (company system)
• Verify and complete required documentation and reports
• Review drivers paperwork and update the computer entry as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Adhere to company safety policies
• Safely walk, reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel as necessary to perform the job duties

What's Needed?

• Highly motivated individual with attention to detail
• Ability to count and perform basic math, with or without a calculator
• Ability to follow instructions and complete required training
• Ability to work independently and/or as a team member
• Must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation
• Prior office experience in the transportation industry is a plus
• Basic written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.)
