Insight Global's client is a tax firm specializing in individual and business tax returns, trust and estate tax returns and bookkeeping services. They can also assist you with other various tax matters, such as sales and use taxes, payroll taxes and provider taxes.
The client is seeking a Data Entry Representative to assist in preparation for and throughout their busy tax season. This role will go from January 2025 - early summer (decreased hours May-June). Role will entail data entry, filing, documentation management, light phone support, and administrative tasks.
Hours: average 25-35 hours per week (can choose the shift)
Company Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
1-2 years of experience performing data entry.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (light Excel needed).
Good work ethic, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Professionalism - this is a tax environment where CPAs, clients, and management will be onsite.
Comfortable answering phones and emails as needed.
Light office administration experience (filing, sorting, mail handling, etc.)
Comfortable with contract duration and working part-time hours if work slows down.
