About job:

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customer database is accurately maintained while providing exceptional support to our clientele. As a Data Entry Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for entering and updating customer information, processing orders, and responding to inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Salary Range: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update customer information in the database accurately and timely.
  • Process customer orders and ensure they are completed correctly.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Verify data accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting discrepancies as needed.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for recorded data and paperwork.
  • Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service processes and data management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
