The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Remote Senior Data Entry Operator, working in Insurance industry in Houston, Texas, United States.
- Ensure accountability for the migration, updating and maintenance of automated eligibility files.
- Provide technical support for automated eligibility file processing.
- Identify file failure and provide resolution.
- Process multiple types of eligibility file error reports and report them to the client.
- Ensure successful receipt and processing of files.
- File emails in appropriate client folders, execute mailbox rules and support cancellation process.
- Report file processing issues and findings to team member for correction
- Collaborate with internal business partners to identify file errors and establish plan of action for correction.
- Update team database and internal workflow tool with clear and concise commentary for tracking/reporting purposes.

Experience Required for Your Success
- College degree or associate degree is strongly preferred, equivalent combination of education and business-related experience.
- 3+ years' work experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) or similar is preferred.
- Knowledgeable of Supplemental Health product preferred.
- Proficient skill in MS Outlook and MS Excel (including functions, vlook up, CSV to text and text to CSV) is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to respond to various incoming internal/external requests.
- Able to work independently and get the job done.
- Able to work in a team environment and service-oriented practices.
- Ability to think creatively.
