For far too long clients have spent way too much time and way too much money on reactive, ineffective, and inefficient recruitment processes. Either they go it alone: Posting on Job Boards, paying a lot of money for those posts, only to get an inbox full of unqualified candidates, with the best candidates not applying and not even knowing about the opportunity! Or traditional Recruiting Agencies: Relying on super expensive recruiting firms who charge 20% and some firms greater than 30% of a candidate's salary to find a few qualified candidates and then move on to their next commission check. Candidate Qualifications:
We are searching for a resourceful and compassionate Executive Recruiter driven to help our clients find the best talent while positively impacting the lives of the candidates. The candidate should posses full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. The responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our clients attract, hire and retain the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, tools, social media, etc
Attract and screen candidates and submit write-ups and resumes to clients
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Facilitate the interview process for our clients
Skills:
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or an agency recruiter)
Hands on experience with various selection processes (sourcing, phone interviewing, relationship building, networking, client management, etc)
Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and various HR/Recruiting Software
Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
