Job Overview
The Recruiter III is responsible for providing all facets of recruiting for professional employees of the corporation. This will be achieved through the development of local recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new recruiting ideas. The Recruiter II will play a critical role in ensuring AltaMed employs the best possible professional talent, as this is the most senior non-management level of recruiter the company employs.
Minimum Requirements
1. High School Diploma or GED is required.
2. A bachelor's degree is desirable, coupled with a 3+ years recruiting experience at all organizational levels in a healthcare-related field; Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
3. Must have experience in a fast paced, metrics driven recruiting environment.
4. Experience in a nonprofit agency setting is desirable.
5. Basic knowledge of labor and employment laws
Compensation
$89,980.80 - $112,476.00 annually
