We are currently seeking a dentist recruiter to join our high-growth and fast-paced dental services organization (DSO). Preferred candidates will have an appropriate sense of urgency, value clear and consistent communication, have the ability to build strong relationships, and provide excellent customer service. This role may be hybrid or remote. Remote candidates must reside in one of the following states: Texas, Tennessee, Louisiana, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Illinois, or Maryland. Preferred candidates will have a strong background in physician or dentist recruiting and be able to clearly articulate a consistent record of hires in challenging locations.

Responsibilities:The successful recruiter will ensure our company attracts, hires and retains top dentist talent. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers, internal team members and external vendors on recruiting strategy and initiatives, while growing a strong talent pipeline for the Southeastern United States Region.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for dentist roles within our affiliated dental practices
- Interact with and oversee relevant vendors in collaboration with talent acquisition leadership
- Ensure required documentation and approvals are obtained in advance of opening a search and/or extending offers
- Strategically source and attract both active and passive candidates by utilizing a variety of candidate sourcing tools including dental job boards, social media, cold calling, conference data, LinkedIN recruiter, Indeed, etc.
- Work closely with hiring managers as a recruiting liaison for the supported dental practices
- Maintain open communication with hiring managers to anticipate future staffing needs
- Research and/or collect content to draft and publish job descriptions by conducting strategy sessions for each open role
- Manage each requisition process in an organized and timely manner
- Screen candidate resumes and job applications to assess relevant knowledge, skills, and experience
- Act as a point of contact and build strong candidate relationships during the selection process for candidates
- Consistently and accurately utilize the ATS and CRM (iCIMS) to track candidates, requisitions, and build talent pipelines
- Assist in scheduling timely dentist interviews and provide guidance to leaders and practices on interview content and etiquette
- Strategically negotiate dentist employment agreements
- Assist in gathering required credentialing and onboarding documents for dentist hires as needed
- Create and maintain accurate recruiting/analytical reports of deliverables and forecasting data
- Fulfill weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Work Conditions
High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred
Minimum six (6) years experience physician or dentist recruiting experience required
Complete understanding of utilizing traditional and creative sourcing strategies including cold calling
Familiarity utilizing Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) or Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) and general office equipment required
