Role Summary: The Executive Recruiter identifies, evaluates and delivers high-level accounting and finance professionals for top clients. The role demands outstanding communication skills, a well-developed professional network, strong organizational skills and the ability to act quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will thrive within a competitive client-facing environment and possess a personal responsibility for success. This role will be on-site in our beautiful Glendale office. Responsibilities: Manage a full 360 recruiting desk by prospecting both new clients and candidates. Identify and recruit prospective candidates using different sourcing tools and strategies. Assess candidates to ensure qualification match and alignment with client's needs. Handle all interview coordination and communication in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required. 2+ years of professional experience in recruiting, sales or accounting/finance. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases. Business-to-business sales and recruiting experience for accounting and finance is highly preferred. Success Factors: Ability to build strong working relationships with prospective and current candidates and clients. Proactive approach with strong multi-tasking and time management skills. Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, strategic sales and outreach methods. Ability to generate new business opportunities. Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills. Integrity and confidentiality. Our Benefits: Century Group offers an excellent compensation package, including a competitive commission structure with unlimited earning potential. This position offers a draw vs commission plan, with a total earning potential range from $100,000 to $350,000. Strong benefits package includes medical, dental, vision within 30-days of employment.
