Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and recruit top talent for manufacturing roles including production operators, maintenance technicians, assemblers, quality control, and supervisors.
- Conduct phone interviews, skill assessments, and in-person or virtual interviews with candidates in both English and Spanish to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both active candidates and a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Post job openings on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and industry-specific sites in both English and Spanish.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the recruitment process aligns with their needs.
- Oversee the hiring process, ensuring candidates meet all compliance requirements. Assist in onboarding new hires and providing necessary training materials in both languages.
- Stay informed about the local job market, compensation trends, and competitor activity in the manufacturing industry.
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives by reaching out to underrepresented communities in the manufacturing sector.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (fluent written and verbal communication).
- Experience in recruiting, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or blue-collar sectors.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed in their careers.
- Previous experience recruiting for manufacturing or industrial roles.
- Proficiency with job boards, social media, and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster).
- Experience with high-volume recruitment.
