Technical Recruiter Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $80,000 - $130,000 . Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Position Description: A Technical Recruiter at Bluestaq is a dynamic and detail-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced recruitment environments. In this role, you'll be instrumental in refining and optimizing our talent acquisition strategy by managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from conducting initial screening calls to coordinating interviews with key stakeholders. You'll collaborate closely with other recruiting team members and leadership to align hiring strategies with business objectives and ensure transparent communication throughout. Your skills will drive the analysis of recruitment data, help craft competitive job offers, train hiring teams on best interview practices, manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and develop engaging job descriptions. You'll also work hand-in-hand with HR to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. What You Will Be Doing: Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with other recruiters and leadership to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and priorities. Communication Management: Provide regular status updates to candidates and internal teams, maintaining transparency throughout the recruitment process. Job Offer Management: Draft precise and error-free job offers, managing the offer process from creation to acceptance. ATS Maintenance: Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficient data management and reporting. Job Description Writing: Craft engaging and accurate job descriptions that attract top-tier talent. Onboarding Coordination: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process for new hires. Candidate Engagement: Maintain a high level of contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status and interview process. Leadership Communication: Provide updated information to leadership on the interview process status. Offer Communication: Communicate important employment information (e.g., benefits, compensation, and any other applicable agreements) during the delivery of employment offers. Candidate Experience: Facilitate a positive on-site experience, including coordinating interviews and serving as the point of contact for candidate needs. Compliance and Recordkeeping: Manage application/resume files according to company policy and ensure compliance with recruitment laws and guidelines. Feedback Management: Ensure timely candidate feedback and conduct follow-up calls or surveys to enhance the candidate experience. Proactive Recruitment: Drive the recruitment process proactively, ensuring timely decision-making. Documentation: Document and communicate interactions, outreach, and interview results effectively. Basic Qualifications and Skills: Experience: 4+ years working successfully in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Talent Acquisition Expertise: Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or a related HR role. High Requisition Load Management: Ability to efficiently manage a high requisition load. Multi-Tasking: Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of requisition management, candidate recordkeeping, and compliance matters related to recruitment and hiring practices. Analytical Skills: Proven use of data and analytics to drive decisions. Initiative: Self-starter with a passion for recruiting, flexibility, commitment, and the ability to tackle ambiguity. Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to accomplish operational goals. Time Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple schedules and project timelines efficiently. Required Education: 4+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Clearance Requirement: This position requires the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance.
