Responsibilities:In partnership with hiring leaders, senior leadership and talent leadership, the Senior Recruiter provides strategic talent consulting to business leaders and ensures effective delivery of services to clients. Develops and implements recruitment strategies across the organization in order to successfully attract a high quality workforce. Partners with hiring leaders to determine strategies for acquiring needed talent and assists with complex hiring situations. Incumbent cultivates strong professional networks and maintains a strong knowledge of the current job market.
Experienced, seasoned professional who uses employment and staffing techniques and concepts for employment, sourcing programs, and policies for the organization. Employment and search efforts are diverse and complex in scope, where analyses of situations require a review of variety of factors. Identifies and presents qualified candidates for professional level positions. Normally receives general direction on all staffing and employment assignments. Exercises considerable judgment and discretion to determine appropriate action. Works with senior internal and external contacts.

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $$77,000- $108,100 (Annual).
Required:
- Thorough knowledge of organizational policies and procedures; knowledge of functional area and understands how work may impact other areas.
- Thorough knowledge of the recruitment, screening, interviewing and referral processes.
- Knowledge of HR processes and forms and knows organizational and departmental principles and procedures.
- Works with other areas of human resources as it relates to the employment function.
- Knowledge of employment law.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills as well as those needed for conducting needs assessment, providing input on candidate selection and problem solving.
- Demonstrated abilities associated with problem identification; reasoning; ability to work with business units in developing ideas to solve staffing issues.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct complex analyses and develop recommendations.
- Highly skilled in public speaking with ability to speak effectively and articulately in front of a large audience.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System.
- Demonstrated experience using of a variety of sourcing techniques, including social networking, internet, and other database searches.
- Technical skills sufficient to effectively use MS Word, Excel, HRIS databases, applicant tracking systems, internet sourcing systems.
- Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a recruiter in a dynamic environment
Preferred:
- Recent background in using iCIMS.
- Previous experience working in Talent Acquisition in a Healthcare or Academic environment
