About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help scale our fast growing R&D team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen and a passion for tech. You have a desire to build out processes, deliver a top notch candidate experience, and have a passion for connecting people to opportunities. You work well in ambiguity and enjoy being on a small, hardworking team.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within a SaaS company or technical agency.
  • Proven track record in sourcing Backend and Frontend Engineering candidates with modern web and cloud technologies.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, languages, and frameworks and the ability to speak technical acumen with candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Ability to handle 6 - 10 open requisitions at a time.
  • Knack for scheduling and managing multiple calendars.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excitement for onsite work 5 days a week, and the ability to meet and greet candidates in person for onsite interviews.
This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
