With our massive and continued expansions, our Talent Acquisition department continues to grow with the rest of our company. The Corporate Recruiter will provide operational support to the Talent Acquisition team by reviewing and processing job applications, conducting phone screens with candidates, consulting with Hiring Manager Partners on candidate selection, and assisting with interview scheduling and extending offers as needed for our Business Operations and Support Team roles. The person in this position will also play a vital role with our strategic outreach efforts by seeking out and participating in career fairs, hosting on-site tours and other career events, and will utilize social media tools such as LinkedIn or Handshake to source passive talent for our organization.
- Maintains job postings for all available positions on Company website and relevant job boards
- Review, qualify, and coordinate applications within our Applicant Tracking System
- Conduct thorough candidate prescreening and work closely with Hiring Manager Partners to provide feedback and recommendations regarding candidate selection
- Assist with setting up/scheduling in-person or virtual interviews for hiring managers
- Create and execute innovative candidate sourcing strategies to attract top talent and establish diverse talent pipelines for critical roles
- Represents Barton at career fairs, community events, and conferences
- Grows and develops a network of key contacts at colleges and universities to help introduce Barton Associates opportunities to students and alumni
- Utilize data and metrics to analyze effectiveness of individual outreach events and work with TA leadership to modify/enhance our strategies as needed
- Accurately and effectively track sourcing activities and results of Barton outreach initiatives

- Support sales hiring efforts alongside TA team members as able
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field preferred, or equivalent amount of education and experience
- 1 year of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition preferred
- Collaborative, able to work effectively as part of a team or independently
- Strong communication skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels management
- Comfortable with attending career fairs and other networking events
- Proficient in Google Suite, comfortable with technology, and generally familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems
