Recruiter/ Intake Manager Job at Swift Staffing Group in Spring Valley

Our ABA Agency is seeking an experienced Recruiter/Intake Manager to handle the recruitment of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), maintain relationships with potential clients, and oversee technical operations. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with strong communication skills and a background in recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and hire BCBA professionals.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with potential clients.
• Oversee technical operations related to recruitment and client intake.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or ABA industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with technical operations and processes.

Location: Monsey, NY / Remote

Salary: $50,000-$70,000
