Responsibilities:Responsible for managing daily operations of Avosys talent acquisitions in Medical, IT, Biomedical, Finance, administrative and clerical requisitions. Train and Supervise recruiters to deliver qualified candidates within required contractual timelines. Manage Applicant Tracking System to assign, monitor, analyze and measure productivity of recruiters and timely delivery of candidates for hiring manager requirements. Responsible for Business Development Recruitment and Team Capture to support Proposal efforts.
Job Duties Include:
- Responsible for full cycle recruiting (sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, extending offers, negotiating and communicating during the on-boarding process)
- Works with Project Managers and Operations Directors to understand and deliver qualified candidates for current and future (Bids and Proposal Recruitment) workforce needs
- Have the ability to define, measure and analyze metrics to be able to implement improvements to staffing processes including sourcing, selection, negotiating and onboarding candidates within contractual timelines.
- Prepares job descriptions, writes job advertisements and decides where and when jobs will be advertised
- Create job descriptions, job postings on career websites, candidate sourcing and pre-screening using applicant tracking system
- Mentoring recruiters in the art of full lifecycle IT recruitment, partnering with Operational Directors, Program Managers, and Hiring Managers to develop customized recruiting strategies, and executing those strategies.
- Analyzing salary surveys as required.
- Manage Applicant Tracking System to assign, supervise and measure productivity of all recruiters.
- Support HR for drafting offer letters and Finalize salary negotiations
- Sources top-level talent and make appropriate referrals to hiring managers to further screen and interview candidates
- Research the best job advertising techniques
- Enable and Manage social media platform for recruiting
- Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates
- Manage and Utilize online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates including Monster, LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, etc.
- Support teaming and subcontracting activities associated with contract pursuits and awards and establish and maintain positive working relationships with prime and subcontractors.
- Assists with special projects assigned by HR or Management
- Contribute to the team effort by maintaining a flexible, positive, can-do attitude.
- Performs other related duties as required
- Bachelors Degree in human resources preferred
- 8+ years of technical recruitment experience in the fields of Healthcare, Information Technology, Biomedical and administrative positions
- Experience with federal contracting, bidding and proposal recruiting highly desired
- Advance level knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter and all other relevant platforms
- Advance knowledge of ATS for customization, configuration, reporting and remote productivity measures. Experience with iCIMS preferred
- Ability to capture, sort and present critical information for recruiting analysis
- Ability to build a best in class recruiting process and build a revenue generating recruiting division
- Self-starter with track record of producing results in fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Effective negotiating and presentation skills required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience building relationships with recruiters, internal customers and management
- Proficient with recruiting resources such as Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, Indeed and LinkedIn
- Experience with Quality Management Systems, HR/Benefits, healthcare credentialing and security clearance administration a plus
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems configuration, analytics, reporting
- Proficient in MS Office Suite-Especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
