Amplifon Americas, parent company to Miracle-Ear and Amplifon Hearing Healthcare, a global leader in hearing health care, has a strong demand for an authentic, creative, diverse and versatile candidate for our Provider Network Recruiter role. We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking to help us strive towards everyday excellence while focusing on customer devotion and personal impact to ensure we are acting responsibly in everything we do.

This position is responsible for recruiting providers and locations into the Amplifon Hearing Healthcare network as well as training providers on the program and working with all departments to maintain and grow the business.

In addition, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Amplifon Hearing Health Care providers to increase the number of units purchased, increase conversion rates and reduce misuse of the program by providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit providers and locations into the Amplifon Hearing Health Care network through cold calling and making multiple outbound calls per day to existing and new providers.
  • Establish relationships with existing providers to maintain loyalty within Amplifon Hearing Healthcare.
  • Follow up with providers on referral outcome. Review data and present findings and recommendations to providers.
Qualifications in this role include, but are not limited to:
  • 2-5 years customer service, recruiting or sales experience is required.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hours: 8am-5pm CST M-F

Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Industry experience preferred in Hearing Healthcare or any related healthcare field
  • Proficiency in CRM/Salesforce preferred
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal relations skills
  • Exhibit business acumen
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners.
