Craft Recruiter (Industrial Construction - Remote/ at MasTec Industrial Corp. in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Overview This position will be one of the Craft Recruiting Team members supporting the MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure segment - focused on the MasTec Industrial Group. The Craft Recruiter will be responsible for executing full life cycle craft recruiting and employment activities, including onboarding, performance assessments, and transfer coordination. Tasks will include but are not limited to creating and managing requisitions, including assessing job specification criteria, identifying the evaluation and interview approach, completing documentation and tracking candidate information in real-time, and negotiating job offer details with the candidate. Craft Recruiter must identify and stay current on market trends in the marketplace that impact the ability to support project staffing.Location & Travel: This is a remote position, which can be based anywhere in the U.S. This position supports our business across the United States. Must be able to work within normal business hours Monday-Friday between 7am-6pm of the applicable time zone. This position will include up to 50% travel, encompassing work sites across the United States, and will include some overnight travel.
