Position Summary 

The Recruiter at United Therapy Center (UTC) plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to support UTC’s mission and maintain staffing needs. The Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment cycle, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This position requires strong organization, communication, and relationship-building skills to efficiently find the best talent for our team.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Recruiters at UTC are expected to perform the following duties:


  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment  

   - Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing and screening for various positions such as Behavior Technicians, Program Managers, BCBA’s and Administrative roles.

   - Develop and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.

   - Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers to assess candidate suitability.


  1. Candidate Sourcing and Outreach  

   - Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including social media, professional networks, job fairs, and community outreach.

   - Build relationships with local colleges, training programs, and other community resources to develop a pipeline of qualified applicants.

   - Network and engage with potential candidates to create a diverse and robust candidate pool.


  1. Interviewing and Selection  

   - Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

   - Maintain detailed records of candidate evaluations, communicate updates to hiring managers, and provide input on selection decisions.

   - Ensure an efficient, respectful, and transparent interview process for all candidates.


  1. Onboarding Coordination  

   - Support the onboarding process by coordinating orientation schedules, ensuring completion of necessary documentation, and assisting new hires with onboarding tasks.

- Case coordination, which involves collaborating closely with schedulers to ensure efficient scheduling and seamless service delivery for clients

   - Work with HR and training staff to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires and address any onboarding questions or issues.



  1. Recruitment Strategy and Metrics 

   - Develop recruitment strategies that align with UTC’s hiring needs and organizational goals, adjusting tactics as necessary to improve results.

   - Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates to evaluate recruitment effectiveness.

   - Stay current on recruitment trends and best practices to continually refine UTC’s recruiting approach.


  1. Compliance and Confidentiality  

   - Ensure compliance with UTC policies during the recruitment and hiring process.

   - Maintain confidentiality and discretion with candidate and organizational information, upholding UTC’s standards of privacy and professionalism.


Qualifications

- Minimum of 1–2 years of recruiting or HR experience; healthcare or behavioral health experience is a plus.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Bilingual: Spanish Required 

Physical Requirements  

- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.

- Occasionally required to attend job fairs, community events, and off-site recruiting activities.

-Work in fast pace environment and meeting all deadlines.
