Currently looking for Part Time cook need to have experience in Assistant Living setting and has a talent for make a pleasant dining experience for residents.
Hourly Rate: $20 to $23 hour.
Part time hours Monday 12PM to 5:00pm, Tuesday 5:00am to 5:00pm and Wednesday 5am to 11am.
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Daily Pay.
Ensures quality food service is always provided
Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules
Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty
Tastes all prepared food items
Responsible for records from area worked during service periods
Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Notify the culinary director of inventory needs and participate in streamlined kitchen operations.
Ensure a first-in, first-out food rotation system, verifying proper dating and organization for optimum freshness.
Experience 3-5 years' experience
Willing to learn and provided meal ideas
