Part-Time Cook - $16/hour, plus tips (estimated $2-4/hr)
Candidates for this role MUST have evening (during the week) and weekend (mornings & evenings) availablility.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS POSITION...

As a Cook, you will directly impact the guest experience through delivering high-quality food that exceeds expectations in presentation and flavor. As the heartbeat of the kitchen team, you will drive the efficiency of food service operations through the preparation and execution of our diverse menu. You will also be an avid MadTree Brewing Company ambassador who lives out our behaviors of...Connect, Grow, and Give a F*ck.

We're ideally looking for someone with 1+ years experience as a cook in a restaurant or food service environment (but we are willing to train), and some of your responsibilities will include...
  • Preparing & cooking a variety of menu items, including pizzas, nachos, sandwiches, salads, and shareable foods, to fulfill individual guest and private event orders.
  • Delivering consistent and quality food, upholding the kitchen's quality standards & procedures for each menu item for freshness, taste, and presentation.
  • Delivering a warm and welcoming experience to all guests; facilitating all guest requests and needs, and resolving any guest concerns or issues.
  • Communicating with your fellow cooks, dishwashers, food runners and leadership throughout your shift and on the line to ensure everyone is on the same page and working together.
  • Working in all areas of the kitchen, including prep, pizza line, salad/fry, expo; as well as occasionally working the dish pit and running out food, if necessary.
