Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. We have openings at our Yonkers, NY location.
Friday - Saturday 7am - 3pm

Sunday - Monday 3pm - 11pm

Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional customer service-oriented Front Desk Concierge with experience working in luxury residential communities. - Full Schedule:
Friday - Saturday 7am - 3pm
OR
Sunday - Monday 3pm - 11pm
OR
Friday - Saturday 11pm - 7am
- Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
The ideal candidate would be responsible for:
- Meet/Greet residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit and maintain logbooks for all visitors.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Answer phone calls and assist callers with information and/or instructions for the building.
- Receive and oversee deliveries, mail and packages for residents.
- Assist management with any requests for residents in the building.
- Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness and report any issues to maintenance or security departments.
- Properly communicate with Lead Concierge and Management.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be professional, reliable, and have excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours.
- Ability to use general office equipment such as a computer, telephone, fax machine, as well as other computer tracking systems used at the property.
- Should be computer savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet
- Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy.
Other Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis.
- Overtime may be required for this position.
- Ability to work weekends and non-traditional holidays.
- Must be available to work on-call or when needed due to staffing shortages.
- Must pass comprehensive background check.
