Job Description: The Human Resources Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Cargill HR department. Hours for this position are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm on-site at the Fresno, CA Cargill facility.

JOB DUTIES
*File and archive paper documents.
*Receive and relay telephone messages from internal and external sources.
*Enter routine data into standard forms and templates.
*Perform routine administrative work within established procedures.
*Handle basic clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
*Good organizing skills
*High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
*1 year of experience working in an administrative role.
*Filing/archiving paper documents.
*Bi-lingual English/Spanish (not required but preferred)
