Hourly rates: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Shifts: Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm

As an Administrative Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
- Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents
- Analyze and forecast global recruiting options
- Evaluate and create and/or modify processes
- Prioritize multiple project simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Prepare accounting documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database or presentation software
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
- Perform Internet research • Assist Home Office staff with routine tasks as assigned
A few must-haves for an Administrative Assistant:
- 2+ years experience supporting at the executive level
- Excellent calendar management skills, including coordination of executive meetings
- Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- At least 18 years of age.
- Requires excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Proven organization skills and detail orientation
- Have a positive attitude and be motivated to help others.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines.
