Reports To: Campus Ministry Director
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday, as needed based on operational need
Part-time, 15 hours or less
Summary: The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support and assistance for the St. Anthony Catholic University Center.
Requirements
Position Responsibilities:
- * Serve as receptionist for visitors
- * Provide various administrative support for the St. Anthony Catholic University Center
- * Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
- * Conduct database management to include but not limited to parishioner registration, Flocknote, etc.
- Maintain copied records of sacraments (original to St. Brigid)
- * Create and organize communication efforts through various channels such as email, Flocknote, MyParishApp, etc.
- * Maintain calendar for Chaplain and St. Anthony facility.
- * Coordinate priests for coverage of Masses
- * Put together mass commentator script (announcements)
- Adhering to safety training and protocols on a daily basis, and taking precautionary measure to ensure the safety and well-being of self, others.
- Responsible for protecting the confidentiality of any information or material obtained in the service with the organization to include but not limited to client names and information, services rendered to clients, donors names and gifts, internal and external investigations or results of any investigations, and financial information.
- Adherence to the Code of Conduct and the Faith and Moral Policy is mandatory.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of one to three years of administrative or general office experience.
- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred;
- Basic understanding of the Catholic Faith;
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience with Computer Software, Microsoft Office Suite applications and Google Calendar;
- Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, work well independently and on a team;
- Must have good written and verbal skills;
- Must have good critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Travel Requirements: Travel requirements for the position includes 0% local and 0% overnight.
