Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and general administrative tasks.
- Address customer inquiries about products and services.
- Process phone orders and verify stock availability and shipping schedules.
- Provide price quotes, fulfill orders, and update sales data using computer systems.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotes and sourcing products.
- Distribution center or industrial services experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and QuickBooks.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently with enthusiasm.
- Relevant experience in similar roles, including inside sales or customer service.
- Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
- Regular in-person attendance is required.
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Regular in-person attendance is required.
