Kleinfelder has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant!
Are you motivated by overseeing daily administrative and organization of an active office? Do you love editing and formatting (word processing) highly technical documents, business letters, presentations and files? Do you have strong Accounts Payables and Document tracking skills? If you answered yes to these questions and are looking for a terrific opportunity, consider joining our exciting Admin Team at the Redmond Office!

- Overseeing daily high level administrative activities at an active 34 person (and growing) office.
- Support diverse team of engineers, project managers, field technicians and construction professionals.
- Onboarding new employees in the office to ensure their needs are met and to support them on the path to success.
Responsibilities
- Word processing
- Accounts Payable - process new vendors, track / submit invoices, confirm payment issued
- Administrative support to Project Managers
- Document production
- Coordination with Corporate IT department
- Support staff through onboarding
Requirements:
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills, including maintaining a friendly and courteous manner on the phone and in person
- Two years or more of experience in an office environment
- Word processing, general editing and grammar reviewing experience
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- Acceptable driving record

Benefits: Kleinfelder offers an excellent compensation and benefits package, including: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid holidays. The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the Washington Pay Transparency Law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Salary range: $43,843 - 73,028.
