We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Grand Rapids, Ohio production facility.
What You'll Do:
+ Compose and proofread correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations, reports, documents, etc.
+ Perform general administrative support such as: distributing mail, ordering supplies, answering the telephone, greeting visitors, and serving as a welcoming voice and face of our businesses
+ Support the implementation and maintenance of management systems across the business unit by ensuring appropriate records, document management, and regulatory compliance are monitored and accurately compiled
+ Interface with various functions across the organization as needed
+ Support the coordinator of customer tours, field days, training sessions, or other related activities
+ Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable accurately and efficiently
+ Resolve routine and non-routine inquiries
+ Various other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education:
+ You have a high school diploma or equivalent
What Skills You Need:
+ You possess a minimum of three (3) years of direct experience in administrative services or related field
+ You have a valid US Driver's License
+ You demonstrate integrity and promote a positive working environment by being an initiative-taker and willing to assist team members consistently
+ You can manage confidential and sensitive information with a prominent level of professionalism
+ You are comfortable with technology and possess excellent computer aptitude including the use of Microsoft 365 Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and are willing and able to learn other company-specific applications as required
+ Your communication skills, both in writing and verbally, are strong, and you possess interpersonal abilities that enable effective communication with both internal and external clients
+ You have high diligence, can multitask, maintain an organized workplace, and have excellent critical thinking skills
+ You demonstrate an unwavering commitment to prioritizing health and safety, assisting others, and adhering to protocols ensuring the well-being of both you and your colleagues
+ You understand that delivering to our customers on time keeps us viable and are willing and able to work overtime hours, during seasonal peaks to support production demand
What Makes You Stand Out:
+ Associate's or Technical Degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field
+ Experience and knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing
+ Previous experience and knowledge of problem-solving and implementation of solutions and corrective actions
