Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Answer and route phone calls.
- Produce, modify, and distribute various forms, spreadsheets, manuals, information packages, correspondence, and presentations as required.
- Schedule and confirm meetings.
- Act as a subject matter expert, handling high-priority inquiries, developing action plans, and delegating assignments.
- Represent the organization in high-level meetings and public events.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Coordinate with other organizations and stakeholders to foster collaborative relationships.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to key stakeholders.
- Create and maintain cross-departmental relationships.
- Provides process optimization.
- Provide communication support, including drafting emails, reports, memos, speeches, presentations, and other internal and external communications.
- Support strategic planning and project management initiatives including KPIs.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable systems.
- Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables.
- Experience in preparing presentation decks for leadership.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in research and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated knowledge of phone and email procedures and etiquette.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail.

- Our office is based in Plano, east of I75 near E. Park Blvd, just North of Historic Downtown Plano.
