THE WORK
In this role, you will provide administrative support to Senior Program Managers, additional program managers, special program teams and staff members from various functional organizations. The position requires a high level of proficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Responsibilities included but not limited to:
Outlook calendar management, travel arrangements, creating and submitting expense reports, meeting and appointment coordination, special events coordinator, organizing and maintaining departmental files (including highly sensitive data)
Creating and editing presentations, documents, memos, reports and spreadsheets ensuring the accuracy of format, spelling, punctuations, etc.
Must be able to manage multiples tasks and changing priorities in a quick-paced environment. Handles all program event planning including satisfying every aspect of planning from
brainstorming ideas to implementation and post event activities.

Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialized training in specific aspects of job functions and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks and 2 or more years of Administrative experience
Must be proficient in the full complement of Microsoft Office Suite and possess skills to compose correspondence and create presentation slides deck. (i.e. Outlook/Calendar Management, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Experience arranging meetings, makes travel arrangements, completes expense reports in
Support of leaders and other program team members
Manage multiple personal and site calendars, and to assist with completing a variety of in-depth reports that are presented to upper management.
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance and must obtain Interim Secret Prior to Start; US Citizenship is required
Desired Skills:
Experience with domestic & international travel arrangements and expense reports using Concur or other travel expense system
Ability to learn company specific systems at a fast pace and determine priorities to manage
tasks effectively and expeditiously.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and the ability to work well with all
levels of internal and external management and staff.
Work experience in a government contract environment.
Demonstrates a professional presence as the liaison of several different functions at the site,
as well as, the first point of contact for a variety of corporate executives and external military
officers.
Experience with SharePoint
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $41,000 - $78,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
