Position Summary: Manage and maintain schedules; prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents as required, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software; read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
- Files, organizes and retrieves documents, records, and reports.
- Greets visitors and determines whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
- Prepares responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Performs general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Prepares agendas and arrange for meetings.
- Makes travel arrangements as required.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Some previous work related skill, knowledge or experience preferred, including office procedures, telephone propriety and filing management skills.
- Basic computer skills including, word processing and excel spreadsheets.
- Written and verbal communication skills valuable.
- Regular attendance
- Essential identification skills, identifying and recognizing changes in circumstances, attentiveness to security violations or an emergency.
- Sensitive to confidential information.
- Must work independently and as a member of team.
- Able to read, speak and write English.
- Ability to use sophisticated computer software programs to achieve job functions.
- Strong physical and mental health to maintain demanding workload.
- Able to work under stressful conditions at times.
- Communication - verbal and written communication, communication with personnel and vendors.
- Seeing - able to see the computer screen and to endure the "eye strain" from prolonged computer use.
- Climbing - able to go up and down stairs.
- Position will require a minimum of 40 hours per week dependent on workload.
