We're looking for a seasoned property and facility management professional who excels in customer service and thrives in a luxurious environment. If you're passionate about helping salon business owners shine, this could be your dream role!

As the Beauty Suite Property Manager, you'll oversee The Dale, a premier boutique offering fabulous salon suites tailored for beauty professionals. Our upscale private suites come fully loaded with utilities, WiFi, laundry, and more-everything our tenants need to unleash their creativity and flourish. Expect about 90% of your time to be in the office (where the magic happens) and 10% out in the field checking properties and connecting with our fabulous partners.

Work Hours:
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
  • Occasional after-hours on-call duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Be the Face of The Dale: Shine bright as you represent ownership with pride, ensuring top-notch service for our salon business owners.
Onboard Tenants: Make moving in and out a breeze-smooth transitions and clear communication are your superpowers!
Stay Connected: Keep the convo flowing with partners via email, phone, and text, while expertly managing all scheduling and invoicing.
Nail the Admin Work: Spend 90% of your time behind the computer, managing files and tracking operations like a boss.
Create Awesome Experiences: Tackle partner issues like a pro and keep everything running smoother than a fresh blowout!
Coordinate Operations: Oversee day-to-day tasks like repairs, tours, cleaning, and events-you're the glue that holds it all together!
Inspect with Precision: Conduct regular checks to ensure cleanliness and high standards-because we don't settle for anything less than fabulous!
Manage Supplies: Keep our inventory stocked and ready to glam up our space!
Show Off Our Suites: Give tours to potential partners, highlighting the luxury and allure of our stunning spaces.
Team Up: Collaborate with office staff and ownership, fostering a positive vibe that sparkles throughout.
Marketing Duties: Take the lead on marketing campaigns, implement strategies, and oversee the content schedule-let your creativity shine!
Social Media Management: Work your magic on social media platforms at scale, ensuring brand consistency and engagement that wows!

Qualifications

•Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) that can charm even the toughest critics!
•Computer savvy, especially with Excel, and a quick learner of new software-let's keep things efficient!
•Experience in marketing, including campaign management and content scheduling-time to show off your marketing prowess!
•Experience in social media management on a large scale, preferably with brands-let's make our presence known!
•Detail-oriented with a knack for getting things done, because every detail counts!
•A team player with critical thinking and problem-solving skills-together, we'll tackle any challenge!
•Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (mileage reimbursement provided) so you can keep the wheels turning!
•Must reside within 20 minutes of our newly remodeled office at Via De Ventura and the 101.
