Role: Business Analyst / Business Data Analyst / Data Analyst

Location : Spring, TX / Frisco, TX (Onsite)

Duration : Full time/ FTE

Key Responsibilities

• Reverse engineering existing data solutions to understand their construction and data flow
• Document detailed processes, data transformations, and data sources
• Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and accessible for future use

Skills & Experience

• 10 year of IT experience with proven experience in a Business Analyst and/or Data Analyst roles, specifically within Data projects
• Proficiency in Scala and/or PySpark for data processing and analysis
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including the ability to write and interpret complex Stored Procedures
• Experience with Data Modeling, ETL processes, and Data Warehousing concepts
• Secondary Skills/Good To have - Working experience with tech enterprise hardware product company finance
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness in documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a client team and offshore team collaboratively

Finance data in an Enterprise usually encompasses the following:

• Accounts - Record Keeping, Accounts Payable and Receivables, Payroll, Financial controls and more
• Strategic Finance - Capital budgeting, Risk Management, Treasury, Financial Planning & Budgeting, Investor relations and Corporate strategy
