•Involved in business unit strategy, data analytics, and operational optimization at centralized HQ group. Collaborates with strategy, planning, projects, operations, and information technology roles within the Strategic, Planning, and Performance group.

Unit Description
•The Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Team is focused on enabling Chevron to deliver energy the world needs, supporting enterprise objectives, and working in boundaryless ways to help the enterprise win in any environment. We are responsible for managing the real estate assets that support our business operations around the world and ensuring our operations are provided with the best solutions to support enterprise objectives. Job Description -Business/Data Analyst
•This Corporate Real Estate (CRE) HQ role collaborates with leadership and business teams to optimize workflows, dataflows, business systems, and most importantly the data foundation which is the feedstock for measuring against our aspirational goals, strategic objectives, and performance targets. Facilitates work execution sessions, gap-to-goal analysis, and collaborative planning to close target achievement gaps. Responsible to drive data quality improvement efforts by analyzing data exceptions reports, assisting teams in the removal of data quality barriers, and to correct CRE data assets. Expected totake reasonable risks, to function in multiple roles simultaneously on various business optimization teams, and to have an enterprise mindset in cross functional work environment. Expected to collaborate with CRE system owners on IT digital platforms. Responsible to translate digital strategies, digital project objectives, and digital aspirations to internal and external stakeholders.

Selection Criteria 1 -Technical Skills and Knowledge
•Understands data analysis methods and how to migrate, collate, scrub, and analyze data from multiple datasets so business teams can resource optimization, reveal comprehensive insights, build predictive models, and make informed decisions. Coordinates and performs gap-to-goal analysis and facilitates plans for gap closure.
•Possesses expert level skillset in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI
•Optimizes manual work flows and data flows whenever possible and articulates the business case for automation.
•Promotes and articulates application program interfaces as a means to optimize business system efficiency, data integration, and support automation.
•Functions comfortably in simultaneous roles, on multiple teams, and in a cross-functional work environment.
