The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, proficiency in PowerBI, expertise in data modelling, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O), D365. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our manufacturing company by providing insightful data analysis, generating actionable reports, and leveraging your expertise in Microsoft technologies. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize PowerBI to analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and create visually compelling reports and dashboards. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations. Data Modelling: Design and implement data models that align with business needs and ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in data analysis. Optimize existing data models for better performance and scalability. Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Integration: Leverage your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for analysis. Collaborate with the IT team and business teams to ensure seamless integration between data sources and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of manufacturing data. Identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring data integrity throughout the analysis process. Collaboration and Communication: Work with global business partners and IT teammates to capture business requirements and deliver solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, finance, and IT, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Qualifications: Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics). Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in PowerBI for data visualization and reporting. Expertise in data modelling and database design. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Proficient in SQL and other data query languages. Experience working with global teams and business units is preferred. Personal Attributes & Competencies: Experience with additional BI tools and technologies. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry-specific challenges. Strong functional and technical knowledge of D365 Proven skill as a presenter or group facilitator - comfortable communicating with employees at all levels within the organization. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience gathering business, technical, and functional requirements. Able to manage competing priorities in a demanding environment.
