Job Title: Business Analyst + Data Management
Location: Flexibility - Charlotte / Plano / NJ Day 1 onsite
JD:
Data Enablement Services is a geographically dispersed technology group focused on creating and maintaining test data in support of Integrated and Monthly releases. This role requires understanding of customer and account creation channels ,working with the project teams to understand their test data needs and ensuring the delivery of the requested data within the SLAs. The associate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and providing test data. The associate will use applications within Client environment in creating these data, and have responsibility to provide test data on time. The associate will have responsibility to follow up on these data until the closure, and making sure that we follow a risk-free process from creation to closure of data.
Required Skillset:
•Knowledge on one or more of GMT, GMOT, GBT , ERFT application data flow is preferred.
•Strong sense of understanding customer and account relationship data
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Excellent follow-through
•Strong Team player
•Experience working as application QA.
•Experience in writing SQLs
•Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
•Acting as a liaison between business and IT groups.
