The Data Integration Intermediate Analyst is responsible for facilitating / executing the day-to-day activities that support the execution, enablement and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan and/or support of use cases through collaboration with Functions, Regions and Lines of Business. An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, strong interpersonal skills and project management expertise are required. The role requires sound analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate complex and dynamic material from various sources to support with business requirement documents, data issues and analysis.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the day-to-day execution activities and meetings
+ Examines and evaluates project status, including detecting potential risks and issues that need escalation or change to project leads
+ Synthesizes, interprets, and refines presentation content and materials for Governance forums
+ Manage day-to-day activities related to the overall program / project, and associated dependencies. Allocate / coordinate work within team or project group
+ Support resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems, and by interpreting and advising on policies, guidelines or processes
+ Liaises with multiple Data teams/departments, and serve as subject matter for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes
+ Independently conducts analysis and executes tasks that contribute to work streams focusing on broad range of data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance and taxonomy
+ Gathers and interprets business requirements and maps current and future state processes
+ Contributes tactically to strategic design and process improvement project implementation across lines of business and functions working with Technology and Operations and other support organizations
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**Qualifications:**
+ 2-5 years experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs; Banking or Finance industry preferred
+ Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
+ Flexible, team-oriented and have good interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Knowledge of Consumer and/or Commercial Deposits preferred
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred

$69,050.00 - $96,350.00
