The Telecom Systems Analyst is responsible for quoting, ordering, and coordinating circuit Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC's) of our Organization's WAN circuits with Service Providers. This position serves as the liaison between Network Service Providers and internal Expeditors key stakeholders, which includes Networking staff, department leadership and branch offices. Key responsibilities include:

The Telecom Systems Analyst is responsible for quoting, ordering, and coordinating circuit Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC's) of our Organization's WAN circuits with Service Providers. This position serves as the liaison between Network Service Providers and internal Expeditors key stakeholders, which includes Networking staff, department leadership and branch offices. Key responsibilities include:
- Analysis, planning, and coordination between network engineers and Service Providers
- Build rapport with Service Providers and internal customers and maintain those relationships
- Manage and hold Service Providers accountable to comply with company installation requirements
- Work closely with Service Providers, network engineers, and local contacts to complete installations in a timely manner
- Manage, monitor, and track circuit MACs through the implementation process
- Provide pertinent order status daily and/or weekly to internal customers
- Respond to engineer and GEO concerns throughout installation process
- Support Management by handling customer concerns promptly using good judgement
- Record and document Commissioning Letters, Quotes, Disconnect Requests, Renewal rates and other critical documents
- Participate in weekly and monthly Service Provider calls to provide status, urgency or outstanding issues
- Support internal procurement team in the processing of service provider invoices to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in Telecom
- Experience implementing circuit moves, adds and changes
- Strong knowledge of Telecom Expense Management
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- High sense of attention to detail
- Knowledge of network concepts and designs
- Familiarity with hardware procurement and lifecycles
- Familiarity with vendor contracts
