Analyst- Will need strong communication skills. Be able to communicate complicated concepts. - Analyst will be giving some feedback on warehouse structures - Should be able to track items/ translate requirements - Will be doing testing as well: unit testing/ record counts - Needs to have strong SQL skills- rolling up queries, large data sets, sourcing to ensure no duplicates. Building templates, tracking progress for project. - Nice to have is Jira- project management or tracking progress of project experience. (They use confluence- Chalk) They will not be writing stored procedures, but need to have critical thinking skills. - Windowing functions experience is a nice to have IV Process- 30 minute conversation.
